Supporting your journey to living with dementia in North East Lincolnshire
This portal offers local information, advice and national support for individuals with dementia, their families, friends and for professionals too.
If you’re worried about your memory, please contact your GP practice. They will speak to you about a referral to the NAViGO Memory Service. If you’re worried about someone else’s memory problems, encourage them to speak to their GP practice, who may wish to see them. It may be helpful if you go along with them.
If your GP makes a referral to the specialist service you can find out more by visiting NAViGO’s Memory Service.
