Who are we?
We are a team of wellbeing workers who offer FREE one to one and group support to North East Lincolnshire residents aged 18+. We are available in your community or virtually over the phone, and will work with you to identify your needs and support you in setting wellbeing goals in your life.
How the service works
Sometimes, when you have a lot going on in life, it can be difficult working out where to start. We will work with you to help you set wellbeing goals in your life, and will give you lots of support to smash those goals!
You will be allocated a Wellbeing Worker who will give you the time and space to talk, whilst providing support.
What can we support you with?
We can support you with anything related to your health and wellbeing, including:
- Low mood
- Anxiety
- Stress management
- Weight management
- Daily routines or finding focus in life
- Confidence & self-esteem
- Healthy eating & physical activity
- Stop smoking
- Or any wider wellbeing challenges that can affect your emotional & physical wellbeing, such as relationship issues
Where can I see someone?
We can provide support in a variety of ways to best suit your needs including face to face, by telephone, email or online. We are based in community venues across North East Lincolnshire. We will aim to find the most convenient place for you.
