If you’re worried about possible dementia symptoms, please contact your GP practice. They will speak to you about a referral to the NAViGO Memory Service.
The Alzheimer’s Society has developed a possible dementia symptoms checklist. This is a simple, free tool to help people and their families communicate their symptoms and concerns during a GP appointment.
You can also contact the North East Lincolnshire Alzheimer’s Society to access the Pre-Diagnostic Support Service.
