The Adult Social Work Tool Kit is a culmination of resources collated to support communication, understanding and interactions with clients.
It has been developed to give practitioners/frontline social work employees the tools to improve communication with individuals in a variety of settings. It is hoped better communication leads to building more effective relationships and a greater understanding of what is important to the individual, in an attempt to enable and encourage independent living.
