Serving the community since 1983, Yarborough House (‘the Home’) is an established residential care home offering care for the elderly and services to the local community.

Registered for 25 residents, Yarborough House is able to accommodate for those in Older Persons and Dementia categories.

Residents and families alike continually comment on the homely nature of building. With three beautifully decorated lounges our residents, are spoilt for choice where they would like to relax.

Our Sensory /Reminiscence Room looks onto our award winning sensory garden. Each bedroom is individual, decorated and furnished to high standards and personal wishes. We have a variety of rooms to include: single, doubles and twin rooms. We have a number of premium rooms with en-suite provisions and some other wet-room facilities.

A highly trained complement of staff ensures that the each resident is treated with the utmost respect and is provided the highest standard of ‘quality care.’ Our dedicated activities coordinator ensures that residents are also continually mentally and physically stimulated. Activities may range anything from bingo afternoons through to wheelchair ice-skating, all to ensure that the residents still lead an active and fulfilling life at the Home. Our Home can offer a range of services to include, day care, respite and short stays through to permanent residence.
