We are able to provide you with a range of services which are designed to help you to live independently and maintain or improve your overall well-being. We can provide care and support at any time of the day or night which can include shopping and pension collecting, assistance to pay bills, domestic support, meal preparation, personal care, social inclusion and a wide range of specialist services. It is our aim to provide a flexible service which will respond to your personal aspirations and goals and we will work to achieve this.

Our management teams are qualified, experienced and committed to providing high quality services that puts you at the centre of the service.

Before we commence any service we will arrange a free no obligation introductory home visit by a senior member of the team who will work with you and any representative to determine exactly how you want your support plan to look. The plan will identify the service you will receive, who will deliver the service, when it will be delivered and at what price.

Whatever your needs, we will produce a plan that:

• Respects your wishes and beliefs
• Regular support plan reviews will ensure that our services continue to meet your needs, achieve your own personal goals and that they respond to any changes in personal circumstances or your budget.
