The Anchorage comprises of 42 bedrooms over 2 units, The Anchorage 31 beds and Haverstoe enhanced dementia unit 11 beds. At The Anchorage which has been rated as Outstanding by CQC, we pride ourselves on providing high quality person-centred care. Offering permanent, respite and day care services our home has been adapted with the needs of our residents in mind to offer a stimulating home where people can enjoy as much independence as possible in a warm, welcoming and friendly environment.
About the premises
The Anchorage is set within two beautiful gardens which provide a pleasant and secure environment to enjoy the outdoors. It comprises of two units split over two floors and has 42 bedrooms with en-suite facilities. Our person centred care is tailored around the individual and delivered by a highly specialised team who understand the needs and capabilities of each person. We provide a high quality approach to meaningful and fulfilling activities which are a key part to enabling people to engage and live well with dementia.
Costs
The Anchorage has Local authority, CHC and Private funded rooms. The current private room rate is The Anchorage £695.00 a week and Haverstoe £795.00 a week.
