About the premises

Kirklees is a 21 bed residential home, who provides care for clients whose needs are associated with Learning Disabilities with the potential for their associated physical disability. Accommodation is offered on a single room format, 17 of which are in the main home, with a further 4 being available in the garden cottage, a small unit within the grounds. The service has eight en-suite bedrooms and provides twenty-four-hour support. All staff are NAPPI (Non Abusive Physical and Psychological Interventions) trained and use the NAPPI red and green scale to maintain positive influence on each service user, with a view to minimising the level and frequency of challenging behaviour.

Accommodation is offered on a single room format, 17 of which are in the main home, with a further four being available in the garden cottage, a small unit within the grounds.

Costs

Additional Support Hours charge at £15 per hour for 2020/2021
