Fairways Care Home is a modern, purpose-built home situated on Little Coates Road, near Grimsby Golf Club. It has easy access, with good transport links and free parking.

Located on Little Coates Road in Grimsby, Fairways Care Home is a 55 bed residential care home. It is a modern, purpose-built home, all on one level, which provides a comfortable and sociable space for residents.

We have a number of different sized rooms, all with en-suite toilet facilities and some with en-suite shower or wet rooms. With no stairs or narrow doorways, moving around the home is made as easy as possible, whatever someone’s mobility.

The single story building provides open plan areas, wide corridors and doorways to help residents move easily through the building.

We have three different room sizes, all with en-suite toilet facilities and the larger rooms also having en-suite shower or wet rooms. The larger rooms also have garden views.

All rooms come fully furnished but we encourage residents to bring personal belongings to make the space their own.

We have a number of flexible communal spaces including a sunny conservatory, two dining rooms, a hairdressers and even a cinema room. These spaces also allow us to have many different activities from visits from entertainers to exercise classes.

We have a choice are dining areas where you can take your meals. We encourage people to eat in our dining areas and enjoy the social aspect of dining, but you can take meals in your room if preferred.

The home is built around a pretty courtyard garden space that provides a sheltered and secure outdoor area for residents to sit and enjoy the weather, socialise or get involved in a spot of gardening if they would like.
