About this provider

College View has been involved in the provision of residential care since 1988. The home was established to provide a service for older clients in an environment designed to ensure the preservation of dignity, privacy and respect and to promote the highest levels of wellbeing and independence among our clients and it has remained true to these principals. Although we can care for residents who are temporarily ill we do not give nursing care. District nurses visit the home to support the care.

A two-storey building built around 1930 with a 5 person passenger lift to reach the first floor. 11 bedrooms; eight of these are en-suite. Two large lounges and a dining room. French doors from lounges and dining room giving access to the garden at the rear of the property. Bathroom facilities with hoists or a shower bath. The garden at the rear of the building is private and not overlooked by neighbouring buildings.

Costs range from £517.37 for a shared en-suite room; £537.47 for a single room and £557.37 for a single en-suite room.
