Nurtrio support people over 17 living at home and in the community and is a consortium of Care4All, Navigo Extra and Ace Homecare working in partnership.

Costs
Our supported living services are funded by the CCG/focus. People can access our service following an assessment by focus and stating that they wish the support to be provided by the Changing Lives Consortium.
