Care4all provide a number of services including:
Living our Lives – supported living service for people with complex needs – from a few hours per week to 24/7 care.
Meals on wheels – hot food delivery service available 365 days a year.
Keysafe fitting service – helping to keep vulnerable people safe in their own homes.
PASS (Personal Assistant Support Service) – the provision of a range of support services for people in receipt of a direct payment or personal health budget.
Costs
Meals on Wheels and keysafe fitting are chargeable services to the private customer – various charges apply.
Living our Lives supported living service is funded by the CCG/focus/NHS
PASS is funded by the CCG/focus/NHS although people can buy the service privately
