The Every Mind Matters website also has specific advice and tips on how to maintain your mental wellbeing while staying at home.

Many services are being offered online. For example, Lincs Inspire library offer a variety of electronic services, enabling you to borrow eBooks, eAudiobooks, eMagazines and eComics using your home computer/phone. Information about changes to council services is available on the Council website.
Exercising during the coronavirus outbreak
Whether you are social distancing or staying at home, Sport England have put some suggestions together of how you can get active in and around your home. You can also find free easy 10 minute work outs from Public Health England or other exercise videos to try at home on the NHS Fitness Studio.

North East Lincolnshire Council’s website provides information on local sports and leisure facilities for tourists and locals to find out what is on in North East Lincolnshire.
Lincs Inspire run a variety of activities and events within their libraries and leisure centres.
Locally there are a variety of fitness groups in operation. Websites such as Walking for health can help you find local walks.

A variety of volunteering opportunities are available in North East Lincolnshire.

Community groups
There are a variety of community groups in North East Lincolnshire, with examples of larger groups including Your Place and Centre4.
These groups are hubs of community activity.
One Voice Community is a Community Forum for Immingham, Stallingborough and Habrough and also often hosts community events.
Activities for parents and children are regularly advertised on the Families First NEL Facebook and Twitter accounts and can also be found via the Families First Information Service.
